You can request the deletion of your Kairos Wallet or Kairos Trade account and all associated data. Once processed, this action is permanent and irreversible.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (email, username)
- Transaction history stored on our servers
- Referral data and rewards
- Merchant settings and payment history
- Session tokens and authentication data
- Any other personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important: Blockchain transactions are recorded on public blockchains (BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and cannot be deleted as they are part of the immutable ledger. Your wallet address and on-chain transactions will remain on the blockchain. We can only delete data stored on our servers.
Before You Delete
- Withdraw your funds: Transfer all tokens from your wallet before requesting deletion. We cannot recover funds after account deletion.
- Save your seed phrase: If you have a self-custody wallet, your seed phrase is the only way to recover your on-chain assets. We do not store seed phrases.
- Export any data you need: Download your transaction history if needed.
Request Deletion

Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
