• Kairos Exchange: A DEX aggregator that routes trades through 100+ decentralized exchanges across multiple blockchains for the best prices.
• Kairos Wallet: A non-custodial multi-chain wallet for managing digital assets.
• Kairos Explorer: A blockchain explorer for viewing transactions, blocks, and addresses on the Kairos Network.
• KAIROS Token: A utility token used within the ecosystem for gas payments and trading.
• USDK Stablecoin: A USD-pegged stablecoin for stable value transfer.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

All our services are non-custodial. You retain full control of your private keys and funds at all times. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. Transactions are executed directly on public blockchains through smart contracts.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos 777 Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
