These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and platforms provided by Kairos 777 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), including Kairos 777, Kairos Coin (KAIROS), and Kairos Wallet (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you:
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
KAIROS is a utility token with a $1 floor (no ceiling) deployed on multiple blockchain networks including BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Users can purchase KAIROS by sending supported stablecoins, and redeem KAIROS at a minimum of $1 per token.
Kairos Exchange is a non-custodial decentralized exchange aggregator that routes your swap and trading orders to third-party decentralized exchanges (DEXes) and automated market makers (AMMs) to find the best available price. We do not custody, hold, or control your funds at any point during a transaction. All trades execute directly between your wallet and the on-chain smart contracts of the underlying DEX protocols.
We may charge a service fee on routed transactions. Fee rates are disclosed in the application interface before you confirm any transaction.
KairosSwap is an on-chain automated market maker (AMM) deployed on BNB Smart Chain. It consists of immutable smart contracts that facilitate token swaps and liquidity provision. Liquidity providers earn a share of trading fees proportional to their contribution. Providing liquidity involves risk, including impermanent loss.
Kairos Wallet is a non-custodial, multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases. We never have access to your private keys or funds.
Our platform offers access to leveraged perpetual contracts. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss, including the possibility of losing more than your initial margin. Perpetual contracts are complex financial instruments and are not suitable for all users. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Kairos 777 and its Services are owned by Kairos 777 Inc. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. The open-source smart contract code is licensed under the MIT License.
KAIROS token transfers are subject to a configurable on-chain fee (currently 8 basis points / 0.08%), collected by the smart contract.
When you execute a swap through Kairos Exchange, a service fee may be applied. The exact fee amount or percentage is displayed in the transaction preview before you confirm. Fees are deducted from the output tokens of the swap.
Swaps on KairosSwap incur a trading fee (currently 0.3%), which is distributed to liquidity providers. This fee is enforced by the on-chain smart contract and cannot be modified by us.
Blockchain network fees (gas) are paid separately by you and determined by the respective network. We do not control or receive gas fees.
Kairos 777 Inc. is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN requirements. We maintain an AML compliance program that includes:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. On-chain tokens remain under your wallet's control, subject to the smart contract's blacklist mechanism.
Our Services are non-custodial. At no point do we take custody, possession, or control of your digital assets.
